Language activities are an important part of early years, and we encourage conversation and communication throughout our activities.

 

Our small world area offers the opportunity for babies to build on their communication and language skills and is always a popular area for play. Our baby space also has a home-from-home corner that makes for a comfortable and relaxing experience where the children can play together and develop their social skills.

We always encourage our younger children to take their activities outside, and our baby space has its own covered outdoor area where they can enjoy being out in nature.

 

Our lovely reading tree provides a quiet area where children of any age can sit and relax and look at books or be read to, which contributes hugely to their language development. Our adventurous story corner is another area where children can relax and make up stories together, which is a great way of developing their imagination.
