I have been part of Child First since 2015 and thoroughly enjoy developing our community to provide the very best and exciting environment for our current and future children to develop through enjoyment.

Level 3 Apprentice
Lily, I'm studying for my Level 3 qualification in childcare. I've chosen this path because I enjoy teaching dance to children as young as four, and it brings me joy to witness their growing confidence and skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks and spending quality time with my friends and family.

Ruth, I have been working in childcare since 2018, with a level 3 in Early Years Education. I enjoy being an early years practitioner because I bring my passion for working with children to ensure they have a fun filled days. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with loved ones and travelling.

Storm, I am qualified in level 4 advanced childcare and management, I have worked in childcare since 2016. My Favourite part of being a child practitioner is watching children learn & grow in confidence. I have a beautiful son of my own and in my spare time I like to spend it with friends & family to make lots of memories!

Leah, I have a double level 3 health and social care qualification and have worked in childcare within private nurseries since 2015. I love working in childcare because no day is ever the same and we learn from the children as much as they learn from us!

Emma, I am a qualified level 3 practitioner and I have worked in childcare for 15 plus years. I have 3 children 2 boys and 1 girl. I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not at work.

Stacey, I have a level 3 qualification in childcare. I have been working at Child First Welbeck since 2017, I have worked with ages 2-5 years old. I have a fiancé and two little boys called Reuben and Jude. In my spare time I love making memories with my family.

Louise, I have worked with preschool children for 20 years. For 16.5 years it was with children with additional needs. I qualified as an NVQ level 3 in early years care and education practitioner. Family time is extremely important to me, and it’s fantastic that we have just had a new addition to ours; Elijah Daniel who is extremely scrummy.

Caitlin, I have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and I am going on to study for my foundation degree in Childcare, alongside working at Child First Welbeck.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family + friends and going on days out!

Dawn, I am qualified to level 3 in childcare. I love playing with the children outside, growing herbs and climbing trees. I find it fulfilling watching the children reach their full potential when doing different activities. In my spare time I love taking my dogs to the beach and spending time with my boys.

Niamh, I qualified as a level 3 Nursery Nurse in 2016. My favourite part of my role at Child First Welbeck is being able to give our children experiences in which they will thrive and grow into confident, independent, kind individuals.
In my spare time, I enjoy countryside walks, spending time with my loved ones and exploring new places.

Vicky, I have over 20 years of experience in food, holding a NVQ Level 2 in catering. I find joy in preparing meals that children enjoy and love watching them explore new foods and textures. In my free time, I stay active by going to the gym and spending quality time with family and friends.

Emily, I qualified in 2015 with a level 3 diploma in Childcare & Education. I really enjoy watching the children grow and go on to achieve their potential.
In my spare time I like visiting the theatre, walking in nature and spending time with my family.

Debs, I have been working in childcare since 2003 and have experience within nursery and school settings.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Paige, I am training in level 2 childcare, I have been here since may 2023. Before starting my apprenticaship i was a riding instructor at a farm teaching children from the age of 3 upwards, In my spare time i enjoy horse riding myself and spending time with friends and family

Andrea, I’m Andrea I trained from 1990-1992 for the NNEB Diploma and then for the HLTA STATUS. I have worked in a local primary school for 32 years with all different ages. I enjoy seeing children progress through out the year and sharing it with parents. I live with my partner Lee and our border collie Barney. I’m looking forward to getting to know you all.

I have been in childcare since 2016 and am qualified to level 4 as an advanced early practitioner.
Outside of working I enjoy spending time with Archie and my husband.

Hannah, I've been working in childcare for 18 years. I have a foundation degree in childcare and a level 3 assessors qualification. I have three wonderful, young children and enjoy spending time with them going out and seeing sights at the weekend.

Ricky, after working making edible props for children's TV in the 80's I was drawn to a career working with children. Now 33 years later, I have worked with children 0-18 years and specialised working with pre-school and disabled children. I completed the NNEB nursery nursing diploma in the early 90's. In my spare time I love to raise money for just causes, enjoy rambling and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Maddie, I enjoy going to see musicals in my spare time and I first got into childcare when I assisted the children at my old theatre school. I have also just completed 3 years at Sheffield Hallam University, studying BA Hons in Early Childhood studies.

Tracey, I'm a mum of two grown up daughters and have just become a Nan to a beautiful baby boy, Eliott. I've worked in early years settings for 21 years. I love being part of children's journeys and watching them grow. I brings me immense joy to see that I've played a part in the first chapter of their lives.
My passion along with childcare is going to the gym and staying fit.
