The Bug Hotel
Our back garden space offers the perfect opportunity for children to play, learn and thrive. This could be through role-play, exploring different habitats such as our bug hotel, planting and growing or enjoying some quiet time with a book. Our team loves to get the children involved in creating new activities or adapting existing areas, and this organic process makes them feel pride in the spaces they help to create.

Learning and Growing
With the help of Louise, the children are inspired by a love of nature through exploration and gardening in our allotment. The children learn about the importance of growing vegetables and the role that small creatures such as bees and worms have on this process. This appreciation and understanding of the environment is a great learning tool that the children love – they may even come home and teach you something!

Love thy Chicken
Other activities in our back garden space include creating and playing in a fairy garden and helping to develop our farmyard area, where the children can also help to feed our resident chickens and collect their eggs. We also have regular firepit sessions with Chris, where the children can learn all about fire safety and enjoy some time around a real fire in a safe and secure setting.
